Kaiju No. 8 Anime Unveils Theme Songs and Release Date with New PV

The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of the popular manga series "Kaiju No. 8" has unveiled a brand new promotional video showcasing the opening and ending theme songs, along with the official release date.
British singer will be performing the opening theme song titled "Abyss", while the American pop-rock band will be providing the ending theme song called "Nobody."
The highly anticipated anime is set to premiere on April 13, 2024. Both artists expressed their enthusiasm for being involved in the project.

YUNGBLUD shared his experience, stating, 
"I'm truly honored ... I booked a studio in Tokyo and created the music while reading the story of 'Kaiju No. 8.'" He continued, "I hope everyone finds their place and finds friends ... Everyone is beautiful."
OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder echoed the sentiment, revealing,
"As a fundamental premise, I myself am a huge fan of Japan ... I always get a lot of inspiration from anime, manga, music, food, culture, and more."

He added, "I'm very excited to be involved with 'Kaiju No. 8.'"

will be animating the series, with Studio Khara overseeing the kaiju designs and artworks. The cast includes as Kafka Hibino/Kaiju No. 8, Wataru Kato as Reno Ichikawa, and Asami Seto as Mina Ashiro, among others.
"Kaiju No. 8" is based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Naoya Matsumoto.
